Regular enrolment<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The postgraduate student must make the enrolment for each academic\u00a0period,\u00a0according to the dates\u00a0and deadlines set by the central bodies of USP, in all phases of their studies, until obtaining the title of either Master or Doctor.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is forbidden to charge fees for\u00a0whatever reason, either for regular enrolment or for enrolment in subjects offered by the University, in the Master\u2019s and Doctorate courses, of regularly\u00a0enrolled students.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is forbidden the simultaneous enrolment in more than one\u00a0Post-Graduation\u00a0course of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Enrolment\u00a0interruption\u00a0and maternity\/paternity leave<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The student regularly enrolled in a Master\u2019s or Doctorate Course may request, upon justification and under the terms of art.46 of the Resolution nr.7493, dated March\u00a027, 2018 (Post-Graduation\u00a0Regulation\u00a0from USP),\u00a0the enrolment\u00a0interruption\u00a0for a period not exceeding 365 days, when temporarily unable\u00a0to maintain his academic activities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The student enrolled in the Master\u2019s\u00a0or Doctorate Course will be able to take the maternity\/paternity leave,\u00a0during which the\u00a0counting\u00a0of the statutory\u00a0regular\u00a0terms\u00a0is interrupted,\u00a0from the date of birth or adoption.\u00a0Requests after the\u00a0acquisition period will not be accepted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

New enrolment<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The incoming student who\u00a0had been a\u00a0Post-Graduation\u00a0student\u00a0before,\u00a0at USP,\u00a0and that\u00a0was disconnected from the course, without having completed\u00a0the Master\u2019s or Doctorate, in any of the Programs, will have to make a new enrolment.\u00a0For this, after being approved in the selection process, he must file the application for a new enrolment, which must be made with the following documents:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I-Student\u2019s justification\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

II-Adviser\u2019s consent (detailed opinion)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

III-Work plan approved by the adviser<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

IV-School history of the previous course\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new enrolment shall be\u00a0released by the Post-Graduation Commission\u00a0and registered in the Janus system, within a maximum period of 60 days from the date\u00a0of the\u00a0request.\u00a0After that date, the student will lose the access to the\u00a0Janus system and\u00a0the course\u00a0will be blocked.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0student whose request\u00a0is approved, will be considered a new student. Consequently, he must comply with all the requirements to which the incoming students are subject, being able to take advantage of the credits taken in the last 36 months, at the discretion of the adviser.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
