Permanent Professors

The Teaching Staff of the Post-Graduation Program is composed of 3 (three) categories:

I. Permanent professors;

II. Assistant professors and 

III. Visiting professors. 

The permanent professors are accredited professors by the Post-Graduation Commission and they meet the following requirements: 

I. To develop teaching activities in the program as a teacher responsible for a subject; 

II. Participate in the Research Projects included in the Program’s Research Lines; 

III. To advise students in the Program;

IV. To meet the intellectual production parameters stipulated by the Post-Graduation Commission (Resolution CPG/FDUSP no. 07/2019); 

V. To have a functional-administrative link with the Law School of USP or, in an exceptional basis, when they meet one of the following conditions: 

a) When, as a retired professor or researcher, they had signed a term of commitment with the institution to participate as a PPG (Post-Graduation Program) professor; 

b) When they have been assigned, through a formal agreement, to act as PPG lecturer; 

c) At the discretion of the Program, when the lecturer is on a long study leave, in order to carry out post-doctoral internship, senior internship or a relevant activity in Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and he does not develop teaching activities in the Program as a professor responsible for a subject and does not participate in Research Projects included in the Lines of Research of the Program, provided that all other requirements laid down are met.
