Contribuição do Direito Comercial para o Desenvolvimento (DCO5927)

Objetivos:
Discutir a contribuição do Direito Comercial para o desenvolvimento sócio-economico no Brasil, a partir das instituições sócio-jurídico-econômicas. O modelo proposto, de natureza interdisciplinar capacitará o aluno a entender alguns pontos fundamentais do desenvolvimento, especialmente selecionados para esta disciplina e sua interligação funcional com o Direito Mercantil.
