História dos Direitos Humanos e o Processo de Especificação do Sujeito de Direito (DHU5017)

Objetivos:
O objetivo da disciplina é possibilitar ao estudante de pós graduação o estudo do desenvolvimento histórico do Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos no âmbito do Direito Internacional Público e no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, bem como dos Direitos Humanos enquanto “moralidade universal”. Importante observar que o tema dos direitos humanos passa a ser objeto do conhecimento histórico apenas após as sociedades tornarem-se conscientes da historicidade peculiar desse tema.
