Objetivos:
1. Propiciar estudos de Direito Econômico na chamada economia digital, especialmente em seu principal modelo de negócios. Promover a análise crítica de suas origens, formação, principais características e elementos definidores, bem como sua importância a atualidade, por meio do Direito econômico e sua instrumentalidade.
2. Identificar e avaliar as peculiaridades e potencialidades do Direito econômico no contexto dessa nova economia, com ênfase em países de economia periférica e Estados tecnologicamente atrasados.
3. Identificar os principais instrumentos jurídicos desenhados para o uso dessas novas tecnologias e para os respectivos negócios, e seus riscos nos contextos acima definidos.
